Characteristics of SolSep Membranes
The data in the table and on the following data sheet have to be regarded as first indication for application areas where SolSep membranes can be used.
The categories displayed are by no means universal as the separation is also influenced by the specific type of solute or the solute mixture. Boundary layers also have effects on the separation. This means the separation characteristics for a specific application depend not only on the type of membrane but on the spiral wound configuration as well.
